Biodiesel from a bower in Sydney! For the first time ever, we are now actually able to buy clean, renewable biodiesel at a bowser in metropolitan Sydney!
Morris Lyda has now opened up the pumps on his new service station.
Minor issues like the name branding and aesthetics of this old petro-fuels site will be looked at later. More important things, like supplying Sydneysiders with biodiesel (at a competitive price) have thankfully been given priority. The bowsers here will be supplying biodiesel in the following mixes: B100, B50 and B20. At some time in the future, they will also be supplying ethanol.

You can find this station at The Rally Service Centre which is located at:
73 Marrickville Road (corner of Sydney Road), Marrickville, NSW.

Hours of operation are:
Weekdays 7am until 5pm, Saturday morning until 12.30pm. Closed Sunday.

Currently B100 is only being supplied to educated individuals with some experience of the superior cleaning effects that this fuel can have on dirty old diesel engines. How is this being decided? Users of our forum who have read and discussed these matters will be allowed to buy B100, but members of the public will be restricted to lower blends. Educate yourself , register in the forum (its free) and come and support this great new venture.

Please read our other announcements on this news here and here , or visit our forum for up to date news, current rates and general discussion on Australian Biodiesel and our first Sydney metro biodiesel filling station.
