The Uni of NSW Ecoliving Centre was hosting several workshops at the 2006 Peat's Ridge Festival, including a biodiesel workshop, which I presented at. There were two 1 hour sessions which were both quite well attended on both days. Both sessions ran well over an hour overtime with many good questions afterwards.
The talk was designed to introduce biodiesel to an unknown audience, so I tried to make sure I covered the basic essentials without getting too in-depth. It turned out that the audience was quite varied, from mechanically qualified people to environmentally conscious petrol vehicle owners, curious about biodiesel. As many people requested the presentation be made available, I have posted it here , as well as the accompanying flyer (A4, cut to A5) . (Right click and select "save as" to download it). I've left the full presentation (in Powerpoint) available to edit if anyone wants to use it elsewhere. If anyone does want to reuse the presentation, please contact me , as I may have some more up to date info. A big "thank you" to the Ecoliving Centre for the facilities and for putting it all together. I'd also like to thank those of you who came along and listened and asked good questions. |
